Hi there. I have a small round for sale in the Lincs area. Stamford/The Bythams/Corby Glen area. Good paying customers and a well established round. I have moved to Grantham and have other work as a result so i'm looking to sell immediately to the right person. There is around £600 per month mostly WFP and a very few Traditional jobs. Houses ranging from £8 upto £25. No pay monthly offers please. This is a genuinely good round with houses in close proximity to one another with scope for expansion. I have looked after these customers for almost 5 years and have carried out a range of extra jobs such as Patio Cleaning/Gutter clearance/Conservatory Roofs/Light gutter/Facia repairs etc etc.

The work is mostly due to be cleaned albeit a small amount that i never got to finish before christmas. This work will be carried out next week and then the round will be square! A covering letter to ALL customers will be sent stating the changeover of buisness and only when all customers agree on the new terms will the round be handed over to you.

In terms of price: I have seen rounds for sale across the internet that are being sold for insane amounts of money? Whilst i could use the money to invest further within my own buisness i would like to offer this work at more reasonable sums. So my asking price is £2000. i believe this to be a fair price for the type of work being offered as 95% of work are in affluent areas and all in catchment.
