Hi all,

Went back to old job, but going to continue doing smallish round also with trolley system, so selling van and system.

Van - Transit Connect SLD, LWB, High Top on 54 plate
78,000 miles on clock
2 good tyres and 2 brand new tyres
Full roof rack (roller)
Taxed Jan 2010, MOT Aug 2010
Van has had paint protection and floor is fully fibreglassed with a drain hole

System - 500L tank with Pure Freedom cage bolted through the chassis (delivery unit only)
100psi pump with spare flowmaster
2 x 85amp leisure batteries
Metal freestanding hose with 100mtrs of 8mm microbore
Well used 24ft hybrid pole
Heatwave Thermo1 Hot-Box add on (from Varitech)
Single operator heater with frost stat protection
Digital controller with frost setting

Please note that I had a 6ltr internal fuel tank fitted as opposed to having the hot box piped into the fuel line of the vehicle as I have access to red diesel. The internal tank has fuel line on/off switch and will run continuously for 10+ hours without needing topped up.

Total cost in Feb this year was £7,800
Selling for £6,000

Located in Ayrshire SW Scotland

Will get pictures up through the week, any questions get in touch either     chrismcnally1 @aol.com   or 07834692077

Cheers Chris

Hi Chris,

Mind me asking what has changed your mind in going back to your old job. I've had an email from someone down your way who says it is now becoming unbearable working in this industry.

Cheers

Hi Doug,

Have went back to old job for the time being, I just haven't picked up as much work as I had hoped to. Not giving up though, got 10,000 leaflets coming and going to do a mass drop after the new year and see what happens.

I had a loan of a freedom trolley system for a month and found it much easier to work with than the van system, obvious downside is no hot water but hey I can live with that, hence the reason for the sale. If it does sell I'll just work out of car with trolley, if it doesn't then i'll just continue to work with van.

Can I ask what he meant by "becoming unbearable"?

Cheers Chris

Hi Chris,

What I am hearing prices are reaching an all time low in South / North Ayrshire which an influx of window cleaners coming over from Glasgow.

I've been asked by quite a few to help introduce licensing in these two areas.
