Credit card details will only be used to process your order. No credit card details will be stored either electronically, or by any other means. As soon as the order has been completed satisfactorily all credit card information will be destroyed.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We will dispatch your order by post or courier. Within the UK, you can expect delivery within 7 working days. International orders may take a little longer. Please contact us for information on overseas charges and deliveries.

All Spares and accessories delivered to the mainland UK whatever the size of product or however many products you buy delivery (which includes postage, packaging materials and order processing costs) is only �7.50 for orders up to 10kg in weight, for orders over 10kg please ask at time of ordering, (includes postage, packaging materials and order processing costs). For Ireland and international, please contact us for delivery costs.

All delivery prices are subject to VAT @ 17.5%)

Please note: The price charged for delivery of any item includes the cost of postage, packaging materials and order processing costs and the postage price seen on the package is only a part of these costs.

Cancellations and Returns
Cancellation (Delivery items only) If you have chosen to have your order delivered, you can cancel your purchase at any time either
before or up to 7 days after delivery by:

Returning the product to 98B East Main Street, Broxburn, West Lothian (please send your receipt with the returned items and the card will be credited with the full amount

Writing to after sales:

This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
For consumable items (e.g. batteries, filters, etc) the guarantee period is one
month from delivery.

You will receive a full refund, and the cancellation is free of charge provided you return the product
to our workshop, if you choose another method of return, you must bear the costs.

A 20% handling charge will be applied to any returns made within the first week,
should you decide for any reason that you have changed your mind and the item is not suitable for your needs.
This cost covers filters, battery's, brushes, poles, etc. This does not apply to unused goods.
